Handmade in Ann Arbor, Michigan as part of my growing Notegeist paper bindery creations. Limiteds are short run special notebooks using higher quality materials and exploring papercrafts and notebook bindery techniques.

Early origins of something as yet unknown...

Limited release of only nine handcrafted single pocket notebooks. With covers reminding one of early biological prototyping or early ideation depicted graphically, the striking handmade, silkscreened covers make each PROTOTYPE single notebook unique.

* One handmade pocket notebook
* 3.5" x 5.5"
* Covers:
   - Duplex covers with handmade Lotka paper from Nepal, backed by French Paper Speckletone 80# cover stock
   - Handsewn binding with Irish waxed linen thread
   - Four-corner 1/8" rounding to prevent pocket snags and eliminate spine tip nicks
* Insides:
   - 12 sheets/48 pages
   - Dot grid
   - Maruman's best Japanese paper: Mnemosyne 80gsm smooth paper – fountain pen and graphite friendly (for writing)
